# doaipm — DO AI PM

> Become a product manager in the AI era. **Speak it, and AI builds it** (言出法随). doaipm is a methodology for turning an idea into a real, runnable product by describing intent clearly and letting AI build it — published as a website, a portable agent skill, and a family of products built with the method.

Core ideas:
- **Trust the AI, don't tool-hunt.** The first reflex is "how do I describe this?", not "what tool do I use?".
- **Not knowing how to code is an advantage** — focus on what the user needs and say it clearly.
- **High-fidelity first** — skip wireframes; build a real, runnable prototype directly (real content, real states, real interactions), verified by running it.
- **Five-phase workflow:** Discover → Define → Design → Develop → Validate.
- **Safety net:** no real secrets/data in prototypes; the human presses irreversible buttons; don't touch production; ask when unsure.
